The chief responsibility of the Deaconesses is to serve the people within the church fellowship. They cooperate with the Pastor and Deacons in promoting the spiritual welfare of the church. Their responsibilities include assisting in serving communion and visiting the sick and shut-in members.

The Missionary Ministry will start the year with the medical outreach to the impoverished Jewish Africans living in Africa. To this day the tribes maintain a form of Jewish identity. Jewish Voices, travels several times during the year to provide hope and free medical, dental, and optical support and care.  The people receive prayer and the good News of their Messiah. Jewish Voices services as the hands, feet, and heart of Yeshua to thousands each year.

FBC Foreign Mission Outreach

The outreach will focus on supplying food to the people of Angola in Africa. They are experiencing a severe drought. Ten dollars ($10) will feed one child for three months. The Senior  Missionary Ministry appreciates whatever you can give. When you feed others, you are feeding God. Matthew 25:34-40.

Why pink for breast cancer awareness? The pink ribbon is an international symbol of breast cancer awareness.  Pink ribbons, and the color pink in general, identify the wearer or promoter with the breast cancer brand and express moral support for breast cancer.

2017 Operation Christmas Shoe Box

It’s time to begin our 2017 Operation Christmas Child Ministry. Your participation in this mission outreach in past years helped to make our Christmas Shoe Box Ministry a success. Friendship collected and packed 192 boxes. This year our goal is 200. The boxes and brochures on how to pack a box will be at the Operation Christmas Child display in the foyer of the Church and in the Bush Building.
